Welcome to Plattr — this article walks you through your first 10 minutes in the dashboard so you know where everything lives.
Your dashboard
When you sign in you land on the Home screen — orders today, sales this week, who's working, and shortcuts to the apps you use most.
Sidebar apps
The sidebar groups everything into channels:
- Orders — live order queue + history
- Products / Menu — items, categories, modifiers, online ordering
- POS — terminal mode for in-store
- Customers — profiles, loyalty, reviews
- Marketing — email campaigns, the photo & video editors
- Online Store — your storefront, themes, blog, domains
- Roster — shift planning + one-click calendar invites
- Settings — billing, taxes, integrations
What to do first
- Add your locations under Locations.
- Add 5-10 of your top sellers under Menu.
- Invite your team in Team.
- Brand the storefront in Online Store → Site editor.
- Take your first test order through Orders.
