Adding a product takes about 2 minutes. Here's how.
1. Open the Products app
In the sidebar, click Products. You'll see your catalogue (empty if this is your first one).
2. Click "New product"
Top right of the page, the gold + New product button.
3. Fill in the basics
- Name — what the customer sees (e.g. "Long black").
- Price — your sell price including GST.
- Category — pick from existing or click "+ New category".
- Description — one or two lines.
4. Add a photo
Click the photo well and either drag in a file or use the photo editor's stock photo search.
Good product photos triple click-through. Aim for natural light, square aspect, plain background.
5. Publish
Toggle Status to Live. The product appears on your storefront within 10 seconds.
Done. The product is now available for online orders, POS, and reporting.
